RESPOND TO MEDICAL CALLS
Citizens contact police and EMS through /911. Use the report location, assess the scene and identify the patient before opening treatment actions. The nearby-player interaction menu offers EMS treatment and escort actions to ambulance staff.
ASSESS THE INJURY
A patient can have injuries to specific body parts even when their health has improved. Reviving them or providing basic care may leave those injuries untreated. Ask what happened, assess their condition and choose the appropriate treatment.
CHOOSE AND ADMINISTER TREATMENT
Select the patient through the interaction menu and choose EMS treatment / escort. Keep the patient nearby. Revive Citizen is for an unconscious player; Revive Local is a separate action for a local NPC.
The treatment menu separates Saline, Jevity and Energy Shot from Small Wounds, Serious Injuries, Gauze, Med-Kit, Morphine, Xanax and regional braces. Assess the patient before selecting treatment: food, water, tiredness, health, bleeding and body-region injuries are different systems.
After treatment, check that the patient can move and report their symptoms. Arrange hospital care for unresolved injuries. The menu also supports bills, medical insurance and a medical weed license; use these as part of the relevant patient service.
USE A STRETCHER
Deploy the stretcher item on clear ground. Stand near it with the patient close by and use /stretcher to place the nearby eligible patient onto it. Use /push beside the handle to move the stretcher.
At the ambulance, /doors opens or closes the rear doors and /ambulance loads or unloads the nearby stretcher. Stay close and use a suitable ambulance with clear rear access.
A conscious patient uses X to get off the stretcher. /pickupstretcher removes the nearby stretcher when finished. The current stretcher attachment checks reject a dead player, so revive and stabilize the patient before using that attachment flow.
FOLLOW-UP CARE
Hospital treatment can be needed for injuries that remain after immediate care. Beds and doctor availability affect access. Explain the next step to the patient before leaving them. Patient recovery guide.
SERVICE OPERATIONS
Use workplace and boss actions where your role permits them. EMS can bill patients, and authorized responders have bodybag equipment for death scenes. Services and public careers.

BODY BAGS
On-duty EMS and police can use /bodybag on a dead player within three metres. Stand close to the intended patient so the nearest-player check selects the right person.
A body bag is a separate handling action for a deceased patient. It is not a bandage, limb treatment or defibrillator, and it does not replace the appropriate medical assessment.
