REQUEST EMERGENCY HELP, A MECHANIC OR A TAXI
Carry a working phone and include the problem after the command. Use /911 followed by your report for police or EMS, /811 for a mechanic and /711 for a taxi. For example: /911 injured rider after a crash, needs an ambulance. The report includes your location when you send it.
/a911 sends an anonymous emergency report to responders. It still supplies a location, so anonymity is not a way to hide where the reported incident happened. Repeated calls are rate-limited; send useful details instead of repeatedly calling without a message.
Responders can press Left Ctrl after the notification to set a waypoint. If you have to move, tell the service where you went. When no ambulance staff are available, an emergency report describing a medical need can request an AI ambulance.

LAWYERS AND PRISON
The city has a full judicial system, including court cases and legal representation. Lawyers can represent you in court, help you prepare your case and advise you on legal matters. Arrange representation with a lawyer and review any legal-service invoice through Billing.
A prison sentence is displayed in months, with one month normally counting down each real minute while you remain in the permitted prison areas. Leaving those areas can return you to custody with additional time. Reconnecting does not erase the saved sentence.
Prison has commissary and package work. Press E at an available Pack point, carry the package to the delivery point, then press E at Leave Package. A package marked Already Taken must become available again before it can be reused. Guards can become hostile if you carry a firearm or enter restricted areas at night.
There are several ways to escape prison, but discovering them is part of the experience. You can also hack into the prison guards' quarters and steal their weapons. The routes, access points and methods are yours to uncover in the city.
DUTY AND SERVICE ACCESS
Joining police, FIB, EMS or a mechanic service requires the appropriate employment. /onduty and /offduty switch a supported employee between their working and off-duty roles.
Standing inactive for too long produces a warning and can force a supported worker off duty. After a break, check your role before trying to use duty equipment or respond to calls. Job grade also controls management and specialist actions.
