OVER 16 MILLION PAINT COLORS
Make your paint job your own with over 16 million RGB colors. Choose custom primary and secondary colors, from subtle shades to bold combinations, and fine-tune the red, green and blue values to get the look you want.
Each RGB channel runs from 0 to 255, giving you 16,777,216 possible color values. Bring your chosen RGB values to a mechanic for your next paint job.
LIGHTING
Customize your vehicle's neon colors and supported headlights. Choose lighting to complement your paintwork through the relevant mechanic services.
WHEELS AND SUSPENSION
Mechanic controls include wheel removal, track width, camber, size and collision settings, along with suspension height. Make adjustments to the supported vehicle and check the result before leaving the workshop.
TUNING TABLET AND HANDLING
Carry the tuning tablet and sit in the driver seat. Open the tuning tablet from the vehicle equipment menu or use its inventory item. Passengers cannot open the tuner for the vehicle.
The tablet exposes boost, acceleration, gear change, braking balance and drivetrain balance. These settings change handling together: extra drive force can also change traction loss, and gear-change tuning affects drag. Adjust one setting at a time, apply it and test the result in a suitable area.
Neutral values restore the original settings for the corresponding control: boost, acceleration and gear change use zero, while braking and drivetrain balance use the centre value of five. Tablet tuning is separate from buying and repairing physical parts at a workshop.
NITROUS
Nitrous requires an installed, filled system. In the driver seat, hold Left Shift to use nitrous. Release it to stop spending the supply.
To refill nitrous, get out and stand within 1.5 metres of the engine, then choose Use equipment → Refill installed equipment in the vehicle menu. You can also use a wrench from your inventory to start the same refill action; the vehicle-menu option does not require one. Nitrous takes two nitro canisters. Wait for the installation sequence to finish before driving.
The refill action checks rocket boost before nitrous, then oil and smoke. Carry the supplies for the system you intend to refill and check its gauge afterward. Refilling does not install a missing system.
ROCKET BOOST
Rocket boost requires an installed, filled system. In the driver seat, press Tab to activate rocket boost and make the vehicle fly. Leave enough space for landing.
To refill rocket boost, get out and stand within 1.5 metres of the engine, then choose Use equipment → Refill installed equipment in the vehicle menu. You can also use a wrench from your inventory to start the same refill action; the vehicle-menu option does not require one. Rocket boost takes four nitro canisters. Wait for the installation sequence to finish before driving. Refilling does not install a missing system.
OIL SLICKS
With an installed, filled oil system, hold Left Ctrl + Left Alt from the driver seat to drop oil. Release the controls to stop spending the supply. Oil left on the road affects following vehicles.
To refill, stand outside within 1.5 metres of the engine and choose Use equipment → Refill installed equipment in the vehicle menu, or use a wrench from your inventory. The oil system takes two oil cans. Complete the work sequence before moving the vehicle.
A vehicle carrying both oil and smoke systems can release smoke while dropping oil because both controls include Left Alt. Check both gauges after use.
SMOKE SCREENS
With an installed, filled smoke system, hold Left Alt from the driver seat to release smoke. Release it to stop spending the supply.
To refill, stand outside within 1.5 metres of the engine and choose Use equipment → Refill installed equipment in the vehicle menu, or use a wrench from your inventory. The smoke system takes four tires. Complete the work sequence before moving the vehicle.
KEY-CARD CONTROLS
Use a Vehicle Key Card to open the remote menu. It lists detected vehicles for which you have keys, together with their distance. Select the correct plate before operating its locks, engine, handbrake, doors, windows, lights or neons.
Remote driving needs the corresponding equipment. A weak-signal message means the remote action cannot reach the vehicle. Remote driving uses the arrow keys, with Left Shift for its additional speed control.
GPS TRACKING
Carry a GPS tracker, stand outside beside the vehicle and choose Install GPS tracker from its equipment menu. Wait for the five-second installation and stay within two metres of the vehicle until it finishes.
A successful installation consumes the tracker item and adds a GPS marker labelled with the vehicle plate to your map. GPS tracking shows the vehicle location; it does not provide remote driving controls.
Use /removegps for the separate tracker-removal action.
EJECTORS
Ejectors require the corresponding equipment to be installed. Open the Vehicle Key Card remote menu, select the correct vehicle and choose the seat you want to eject. You can also activate the ejectors from inside the vehicle.
Check the selected vehicle and seat occupant carefully before activating the ejector. A weak-signal message means the remote action cannot reach the vehicle.
DETONATION
Detonation requires the explosive system to be installed. Open the Vehicle Key Card remote menu and select the correct vehicle before choosing the detonation action.
The action triggers the vehicle's fitted explosive system. Check the vehicle and its occupants carefully before activating it. A weak-signal message means the remote action cannot reach the vehicle.
NEONS
For fitted neon lighting, /neon toggles the set, while /neonleft, /neonright, /neonfront and /neonback control individual sides. Vehicle-menu lighting controls offer the same kind of adjustment without typing each command.
BACKFIRE
/backfire controls the exhaust backfire effect, adding sharp pops and bursts of flame from the exhaust. It gives your vehicle a more aggressive sound and appearance.
SMOKE TRAILS
Use /trail red green blue size to set the supported smoke-trail effect. Supply all four values; the size is capped at 5. This appearance effect is separate from the smoke-screen system and does not refill or install it.
KEEP THE VEHICLE USABLE
Mods sit alongside fuel, damage, locks and registration. Keep the vehicle maintained and check the city law for restrictions on its equipment. Ownership guide.
