GROWING AND GATHERING
Cannabis seeds feed into the planting system, while naturally occurring plants supply other production chains. Bring the correct gathering tools and keep ingredients organized before starting a batch. Planting guide · Gathering.
USE A FIXED DRUG LAB
At a laboratory interaction point, press E to open Laboratory. Select the product and set the batch quantity from 1 to 500. The listed products are crack, heroin, ecstasy and LSD; bring the corresponding in-game inventory ingredients before starting.
Wait for the progress bar, which takes a random 10–50 seconds for the processing step. Stay within one and a half metres of the lab at completion. Walking away can prevent the result from being collected, and you cannot start another process while already busy.
These lab batches are separate from property-grown plants and from the cooperative mobile-lab mission. For cannabis, use the planting and care guide.
MOBILE METH MISSION
Start at the mobile-lab contact and follow the information to the mission van. Bring a second player: one drives while another occupies a rear passenger position and handles the cooking stages.
Get the correct mission van moving until the cooking-start notification appears. The driver is given a delivery destination, but arriving there is not enough: the passenger must finish the preparation, cooking, cooling and packaging sequence first.
Keep the van moving during production. Stopping for too long can report the smoking van to police. Leaving the mission vehicle can end the operation. Once cooking is complete, drive to the delivery point and press E at the prompt; the mission settles the reward and removes the van.
SELL DRUGS TO LOCALS
Carry drugs in your own inventory, approach a local NPC on foot and press E within roughly two and a half metres to offer a sale. Look for ordinary pedestrians; players, animals and dedicated service NPCs are not street customers. If you use FPS mode, turn it off for street dealing.
Locals buy heroin, opium, coke, Kush buds, AK47 buds, Blue Cheese buds, White Widow buds, Blueberry buds, Haze buds, crack, meth, ecstasy, LSD. Carry the individual drug items rather than packaged bulk bags.
Customers choose a drug and quantity. If you do not have their first choice, they may buy another drug you carry instead. Successful sales remove the sold amount and pay cash; the notification tells you what was sold and how much you earned. Wait for the exchange to finish before moving on to another customer.
Not everyone wants to buy. Locals may refuse, report you to police or become hostile. Once you have approached someone, find a new customer rather than repeatedly trying the same person. Sales can also automatically clean some marked money you are carrying. Cash and marked money.
COMPANIONS AND TRAP HOUSES
Open the menu for an eligible human companion and use its criminal-work actions. The menu includes drug dealing and Start running a trap house. Animal companions do not offer the same human work actions.
Use the companion inventory to manage its carried supplies. An active operation offers Stop Dealing Drugs; use that action when you want the companion to stop. Starting a trap house connects the companion to property activity, rather than making every place the companion stands a shop.
